HACC partially granted the motion of a SAPO prosecutor to impose a pre-trial measure on Nataliia Cherednychenko, extradited from Germany and accused in the case concerning the sale of land in central Mukachevo at a significantly undervalued price.

The court placed the defendant under night-time house arrest and imposed a number of procedural obligations on her.
