On December 1, 2025, the HACC ordered pre-trial detention in absentia for Timur Mindich, according to reports by Suspilne.

As reported earlier, Mindich left Ukraine during the night of November 10, on the eve of searches conducted in the NABU–SAPO investigation codenamed “Midas.” The investigation considers him to be the organizer of the scheme extorting money from contractors of the state-owned Energoatom.
