On December 8, 2025, the HACC applied a preventive measure in the form of a 1.5 million UAH bail to the assistant of People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod.  

They, along with another person, were caught by law enforcement officers inciting a bribe of $250,000 for allegedly imposing NSDC sanctions on a competitor company.

The court also imposed procedural obligations on the suspect, including the requirement to wear an electronic bracelet.
