On October 20, 2025, the HACC partially granted the defense motion and reduced the bail for the former head of the Economic Cassation Court within the Supreme Court, Bohdan Lvov, from UAH 302.8 million to UAH 20 million — a fifteenfold decrease.

As reported earlier, Bohdan Lvov is suspected of aiding in the misappropriation of Ukraine’s share of the Samara–Western Direction oil pipeline, better known as Medvedchuk’s pipeline, which belonged to the state represented by the State Property Fund. The damages are estimated at UAH 1.4 billion.
