On September 15, 2025, the HACC imposed an interim measure in the form of detention with an alternative of UAH 5 million bail on Yurii Tsvihun, head of a private company.
In addition, the court recently applied interim measures to:
-
lawyer Kostiantyn Balandin — detention with an alternative of UAH 10 million bail;
-
lawyer Anton Arefiev — UAH 9 million bail;
-
former head of the regional State Geocadastre, Mykola Tereshchenko — detention with an alternative of UAH 6 million bail.
On September 11, the court set bail at UAH 100 million for developer Vladyslava Molchanova. During the hearing, she stated that she did not intend to post bail and did not acknowledge the alleged crimes.
Another defendant, former MP Yurii Ivaniushchenko, is currently hiding from investigators, presumably in the temporarily occupied territories or in Russia.
The NABU and the SAPO suspect Vladyslava Molchanova, former MP Yurii Ivaniushchenko, and several others of unlawfully acquiring 18 hectares of land worth more than UAH 160 million. According to the investigation, in 2021, through individuals under their control in the State Geocadastre, they first leased the land plots, then sold them to companies linked to the developer, and later arranged their joint use.
