The NABU and the SAPO have referred to the HACC the case against Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the AMCU, and his wife Alla Kyrylenko, concerning false asset declaration and aiding and abetting illegal enrichment.

The pre-trial investigation established that in his 2024 asset declaration, Pavlo Kyrylenko failed to report 20 real estate properties and a car, the acquisition of which is being investigated in another criminal proceeding on illegal enrichment totaling over UAH 72 million. That case is already being considered on the merits by the HACC. His actions have been classified under Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Alla Kyrylenko is accused of aiding her husband’s illegal enrichment, and her actions have been classified under Articles 27(5) and 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
