On October 27, 2025, the NABU and the SAPO completed the investigation against Tetiana Krupa, former head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission and former regional council member, as well as her husband Volodymyr Krupa and son Oleksandr Krupa.

The case materials have been disclosed to the defense for review. Once this stage is complete, the case will be referred to the HACC for trial.

According to the investigation, between 2020 and 2024, Tetiana Krupa, while serving as head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC and a regional council member, was unlawfully enriched by UAH 160 million with the assistance of her husband and son.
